Who the controller is

What we don't do
- No cookies, first-party or third-party.
- No analytics, pixels, tag managers or trackers of any kind.
- We don't sell or share data for advertising.
- The site's tools (Build your playbook and, soon, Test your AI) work without sign-up and don't store what you type. What you send is processed to produce the response and discarded.
What we collect
Talk request form. Name, email, organization, event, date, format and message, only when you submit the form. Purpose: answering your talk request. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7, V). The data is stored in a database at Cloudflare and emailed to the author. Retention: up to 12 months after the last contact, or sooner if you ask for deletion.
Bot protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates technical browser signals to tell people from bots. It requires no interaction and doesn't identify you. Details in Cloudflare's policy.
Technical logs. The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps access logs (IP address, page, time) for a short period, for security and operations. We don't log request contents.
Who we share with
Cloudflare, as infrastructure processor (hosting, database, email and bot protection). No one else, unless required by law.
Your rights
You can request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization or deletion of your data, and information about sharing, under art. 18 of the LGPD. Write to contato@rodrigojorge.me; we answer within 15 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. The history is in the project's public repository.
